- 5 aside, 4 + Goalkeeper
- 7 player roster minimum, 10 max
- Two 25 minute halves, 5 minute Half-time break
- 8 teams, two groups of 4
- Top 2 teams advance to the semi-final
- 3 points for a win, 1 point for a draw, 0 points for a loss
- In the event of a points tie, head 2 head will be used, then goal difference, then coin flip
- Each team plays each team in their group once
- All players must wear the UT7 kit provided
- Shin pads are mandatory
- Rolling substitutions
- No Offsides
- Throw-ins or kick-ins allowed. (can not score directly from throw/kick-in)
- Can not score directly from Goal Kick
- Yellow cards – 3 accumulated = 1 match suspension (resets after Group Stage)
- Red cards – 1 match suspension.
- Winner gets UT7 trophy and cash prize (amount depends on number of teams entering)
- NO FOUL OR ABUSIVE LANGUAGE
- ANY FOUL OR ABUSIVE LANGUAGE TO REFS WILL RESULT IN AUTOMATIC RED CARD, A SECOND OFFENSE WILL RESULT IN SUSPENSION FROM TOURNAMENT
- NO DRUGS OR ALCOHOL ALLOWED
